Participants arrive either on site on the zoom link provided, check in, meet and greet. All participants are required to have completed checkin with the Hackathon volunteers. Volunteers will be available in main zoom room and onsite. Missing checkin will forfeit your ability to participate.
At check-in teams must provide team names and all team members that are part of the team.
Please also plan on submitting the ideas (titles at this time)
All team members must have completed the Hackathon Terms and Conditions forms.
All minors < 18 years old are expected to submit the signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
Teams begin brainstorming and working on their projects.
Submit your project description, including the idea and planned execution.
Teams work on building their projects with access to mentors for guidance.
Present final versions of your hackathon project to the judges. 6 minutes for presentations and 4 minutes for Q &A from judges.
Teams will be assigned different break out rooms. Look out for team assignments and make sure to be in the correct team.
Specific time for each team will be allocated.
